Q: Why Outsource?
A: Outsourcing is just another word for getting the job done, in the most efficient manner, at the most reasonable cost. We prefer to call it Re-Sourcing™.

Q: Who Outsources?
A: Big corporations and small companies alike are outsourcing production, logistics and other non-core competency aspects of their businesses. In addition, they have found that reducing support staff and hiring temporary help for things like administrative, human resource and accounting functions keeps their bottom line more reasonable and makes shareholders happier.

Q: I'm a sole proprietor/small business owner. Why should I consider outsourcing?

A: Small business finances and the ability to hire needed resources are generally a little less flexible than that of a big corporation. You may or may not have shareholders to consider, but you do have customers and competitors. If you can't keep your prices competitive because you have to hire additional staff and buy additional equipment, you could lose market share. Trying to do all the work yourself means you have less time to concentrate on your main objectives.
Q: Some companies are outsourcing operations, and American jobs, to other countries. I would prefer to keep American's working.
A: We can not speak for all VA's, but Admin and Beyond, LLC is an American company interested in keeping American's working.

Q: Okay, so how do I Re-Source tasks and projects so I can concentrate on the part of my business I'm passionate about?
A: Amongst the many resources available to business owners today, there is a growing Virtual Assistant service industry.

Q: What is a Virtual Assistant?
A: A VA is a strategic business partner. Generally an individual or company working out of a virtual office (internet location) instead of, or in addition to, a brick and mortar location. Services and products provided by these companies vary but you can rest assured that each one is wholly dedicated to serving the support needs of your business. They maintain their own office space, equipment, software, supplies and staff so you don't have to. Saving you time and money!.

Q: How do I go about finding a VA that will meet my needs?
A: Use your favorite search engine or on-line yellow pages - type in "Virtual Assistant.” Review websites for product and service offerings, and ask questions. Make your decision based on your company's needs and the Virtual Assistant's ability to provide. Make sure to inquire about their policy on the confidentiality and security of your proprietary information. If you're still not sure, assign a small project or task and determine your comfort level based on the preliminary intake process, delivery, quality of the final product, and a quick cost/benefit analysis. How much is your time worth? Could you have done the same task, for the same dollars, with the same results, and still had accomplished everything else if you didn’t have your VA?
